-Mountains of the moon -

Inspiration can be odd in the way things knit together to form ideas. And it’s very true in this case. First, I read reddragonflys -beaches haiku set- [link] That lead to me to think of a reply (in haiku form of course) which lead to the name chosen. From there I did a bit of reading on the actual Mountains of the Moon ( Rwenzori Mountains,- (in Uganda) and what was thought (in antiquity) to be the source of the Nile River…(some of it yes, but not all). From there followed a look at images of the Pyramids on Mars (not the Doctor Who episodes of nearly the same name) followed closely by the Pyramids in Antarctica (naturally). These were viewed while this song -Vangelis: -blade runner blues- [link] played, followed by this achingly beautiful song that was not included in the movie: [link] . These might seem unrelated at first, but this is how my brain tends to work most of the time…
